Please make contact with your child’s Classroom Teacher and our Student Services Officer at a minimum of two weeks before your child leaves the school so that we can complete the leaving procedure prior to your family’s departure. Once this process has been completed and your child/children have finished their final day of school you may then collect your Book Deposit Refund and any leaving documents that have been requested. Please keep this in mind deciding when your child/children’s last day of school will be.
The leaving forms must be completed in full. You may download them in English or Arabic by clicking on either of the links on the right hand side of this page. You will need to order any required reports including Ministry reports at this time and state if any reports or certificates need to be attested by the Ministry of Education. Once the forms are complete, please submit them via email.
Please ensure that you attach copies of the student’s current passport and iqama. This is very important.
If your child is moving to another school within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will also need to provide us with a confirmation of enrolment from the new school before any refunds and certificates can be issued.
