Student Leaving Procedure


Parents must inform the Registrar a minimum of two weeks before the child is leaving the school in order to fully complete the leaving procedure. Only when this process is complete may you receive the Book Deposit refund and any reports and certificates that have been requested.

The leaving form must be completed in full and can be obtained from the website or the School’s main reception. You will need to order any required reports including Ministry reports at this time and state if any reports or certificates need to be attested by the Ministry of Education.

Once the form is complete, you can deliver a hard copy to the School’s main reception or email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Please ensure that you attach copies of the student’s current passport. This is very important.

If your child is moving to another school within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will need to provide us with a confirmation of enrolment from the new school before any refunds and certificates can be issued.
