TUITION AND FEES FOR 2010/2011
A Registration Fee of SR 4,500.00 and a Book Deposit Fee will be charged when a new student enrols in the school. The Registration Fee is paid once on enrolment, and is non-refundable.
Students who have not been in school for a period of 12 months (1 year) are considered to be no longer registered at the school. Any student returning after the said period will be required to re register again.
Students leaving the school can only receive their Book Deposit after all books are returned in good condition. The fees and book deposits are as follows:

A fee of SR 200.00 will be charged for the students who require ministry approval.
The fees for Years 3, 5 and 7 also include AIM examination fees. All students of the appropriate grades are required to participate. The fees for students sitting IGCSE, AS & A/L do NOT include the examination fees set by the British Council.
Please note that the above fees include compulsory stationery requirements for all students.
Withdrawal Policy
Student Reports / Transfer Certificates will be issued when all books have been returned and all outstanding accounts have been paid.
Re registration Policy
In order to guarantee a place in the school for your child in 2010/2011 you will be asked to pay half of term one fee (2010/2011) in advance before the end of the academic year 2009/2010. This sum will be subsequently deducted from the term one fee due for 2010/2011.
Please note that this is non refundable in the event a student does return to school in 2010/2011.
New student Registration Policy
New Students who gain admission to the school for the academic year 2010/2011 are required to pay the registration fee, book deposit and half of term one fee 2010/2011 in order to reserve a place in the school before the end of this academic year 2009/2010. Please note this amount is non refundable in the event the student does not join the school for whatever reason.
Payment Policy
• Fees must be paid prior to commencement of each term and no student will be admitted to the school until the fees are paid in full.
• Please note invoices for each term are sent in advance. Misplacement or non receipt of the invoice will not be considered a valid reason for failure to pay school fees by the due date.
• Fees paid with a cheque that is dishonoured will entail an additional SR200.00 service charge.
• Registration or term fees cannot be transferred to another student or another term.
• Parents are responsible for advising their sponsoring companies regarding the school’s payment policy and schedule in order to avoid any delay in payment.
• A penalty charge of 5% will be added to any outstanding fees.
• Non-payment of fees will result in the student’s immediate termination of class attendance. Re-admittance will not be permitted until such time as all outstanding balances have been paid.
• If a parent withdraws a student from the school during a term, no portion of the fees will be refunded.
• Term Fees are not refunded for students in the ESL, Learning Support or Special Needs
Programmes.
